César Villarroel, nace en La Guaira, Estado Vargas. Desde muy pequeño se ve interesado en el mundo de la musica, a sus 15 años incursiona en dicho mundo gracias a la mentoría de su amigo y hermano Deivy Ladera, gracias a el César descubre su pasion y nueva forma de expresarse. César inicia sus estudios musicales por su propia cuenta, desarrollando y adquiriendo así multiples destrezas. A la edad de 18 años se muda a Caracas, ciudad capital de Venezuela, y comienza sus estudios con el profesor Euro Zambrano. Actualmente César funge como uno de los bateristas principales de la Iglesia La Casa De Mi Padre (My Father's House) bajo el liderazgo del pastor Frankie Tóvar, tambien César es el baterista de Luis Ruiz (cantautor venezolano), director musical de la banda Kairos y baterista del proyecto DSG.      César, tiene como meta glorificar a Jesucristo por sobre todas las cosas y la musica que actualmente crea esta dirigida o tiene como finalidad llevar la esperanza y la salvacion de Jesus a cualquier hogar o persona donde su musica puede ser escuchada.

César Villarroel, was born in La Guaira , Vargas State. Since he was very young he became interested in the world of music, at age 15 he ventures into this world through the mentoring of his friend and brother Deivy Ladera , thanks to him, César discovers his passion and new forms of expression of life. César began his musical studies on his own, developing and acquiring multiple skills. At age 18 he moved to Caracas, capital of Venezuela, and began studying with Professor Euro Zambrano. Currently César serves as one of the drummers that leads the Church “La Casa De Mi Padre” (My Father's House) under the leadership of Shepherd Frankie Tóvar. Also, César is the drummer for Luis Ruiz (Venezuelan singer), musical director for the band Kairos and DSG project drummer.
